Most Important classes?

What are the most important classes that colleges look for in a graduating High school student. Should I focus on main academics or should I still have a wide focus on all kinds of subjects. I want to do a lot of science in high school and English I know but do colleges like you to have a good amount of the arts (such as orchestra in my case) and foreign languages. I am not sure whether I should take a foreign language all 4 years or if I should take a science/english/math class in that spot.

More years of a foreign language helps greatly. The more years you take of a foreign language, the more options you have as far as college.

Each of the 4 years in high school should have: 1 history/social studies class, 1 english class, 1 math class, 1 science class, and 1 foreign language (depending on the selectivity of the college you plan on going to). I don't think orchestra matters as much, but I think it's still good to have.
