How do u get ur milk like that? i steam till its about 120 then froth quickly till about 140 never seems to create that amount of white froth on it. plus this is much more like a flat white than a latte right??! =

When you steam the milk, keep the steamer close the the top of the milk to create more foam. You can do this while still approaching your desired temperature
